* TASSA DI SOGGIORNO: Per i non residenti nel comune di Roma è prevista una tassa di soggiorno di € 6,00 a persone per i primi 10 giorni, esenti i bambini fino a 10 anni di età, accompagnatori di pazienti con motivi di salute, personale della Polizia di Stato e forze armate per soggiorno di servizio.

* Il numero massimo di persone ammesse per motivi di sicurezza e di 4.

* PAGAMENTI ACCETTATI: bonifico bancario o PayPal.

* VIETATO FUMARE dentro l’alloggio, consentito nel terrazzo.

* Gli animali domestici NON sono consentiti.

* Gli orari del silenzio condominiale: 13.00 – 16.00 / 22.00 – 07.00

* Feste ed eventi SONO VIETATI.

* Nel quartiere come da regolamento comunale si effettua la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, i cassonetti sono situati all’ingresso del palazzo. In caso di controlli, dall’ente preposto, la struttura non sarà responsabile e le sanzioni saranno a carico degli ospiti. Troverete il calendario in bacheca.

* Come da regolamento comunale, condizionatori e termosifoni, sono impostati a norma di legge.

* Si prega di spengere tutti i dispositivi elettrici quando siete fuori casa.

* Si prega di usare un rispetto reciproco tra ospiti e vicini di casa.

* Gli ospiti sono pregati di mantenere la casa ordinata e di segnalare prontamente eventuali danni.

• Check-In: From 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

• Check-Out: No later than 10:30 AM.

• Delays: Please notify us as soon as possible if you encounter any delays.

• ID Requirements: Every guest (including children) must present a valid ID upon check-in.

 

💶 Rome Tourist Tax

• Rate: €6.00 per person, per night, for the first 10 nights.

• Exemptions: Children under 10 years old.

• Exemptions: Caregivers/companions accompanying patients for medical reasons.

• Exemptions: State Police and Armed Forces personnel on official duty.

 

🚫 House Rules and Restrictions

• Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests allowed due to safety regulations.

• Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.

• Parties: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Waste Sorting: Recycling is mandatory by municipal law. Bins are located at the building entrance.

• Fines: Guests are fully responsible for any fines issued by authorities for incorrect waste disposal.

• Schedule: The waste collection calendar is posted on the notice board.

• Climate Control: Air conditioning and heating are set in compliance with local regulations.

• Energy Saving: Please turn off all electrical devices when leaving the property.

• Maintenance: Please keep the house tidy and report any damage immediately.
